About Kathy Moore-Nietrzeba, CPA

Kathy Moore-Nietrzeba prides herself on her over 25 years of experience working in the accounting field. Kathy is a Georgia native who received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University in 1987. Because of her hard work ethic from a young age, Kathy began an internship at 21 years of age at Williamson & Sneed, Inc. which later turned into a 17 year career there. She became a CPA in 1994, and has enjoyed every moment since working with a variety of clients to ensure their financials and taxes are in order.

After Williamson & Sneed, Kathy opened her own CPA firm, Moore & Associates. Kathy had the opportunity to work with many clients within the medical and dental fields. From there, Kathy went on to work for Henssler Financial as an Accounting/Tax Manager for eight years.

It was in 2014 that Kathy decided to follow her long time desire to be able to tailor her services directly to her clients’ wants and needs, and decided to open her own firm once again, KMN CPA LLC. Kathy is eager to continue her success with the clients she serves each day at KMN CPA, providing them with an optimal level of service, whether it be done in person, over the phone or over email. Kathy is also a proud member of the GA Society of CPAs as well as an AICPA member.

Kathy lives in the Dawsonville area with her husband, Eddy, and their two dogs. She has two grown children. During her free time, Kathy can be found spending time with her family, focusing on personal fitness, camping, fishing, hiking, or traveling.

About Whitney Boyd, CPA

Certified Public Accountant

Whitney Boyd joined KMN CPA in May 2017 with over 10 years of experience working as a CPA in public accounting. She received both her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and her MBA from Kennesaw State University and became a Licensed CPA in 2008. She spent her first few years of her career as a Staff Accountant for a local financial planning firm, The Henssler Financial Group.

In 2009 Whitney took the opportunity to relocate to New York City. She worked as a Business Manager and CPA for a highly regarded mid-sized CPA firm in Manhattan. Her clients were primarily in the entertainment industry – actors, directors, producers, and writers for television, film and Broadway. During these years, Whitney handled a variety of matters for her clients’ personal and business financial affairs from maintaining general ledgers, to preparing net worth statements for co-op boards, overseeing routine bill pay and managing her clients’ day to day cash flow. Additionally, she worked with a diverse set of advisors for her clients such as talent agents, attorneys, financial advisors, insurance agents, household employees, assistants – you name it!

After living in NYC for 7 years, Whitney and her husband decided to pursue yet another dream. They sold their belongings, filled a couple backpacks and set off. The couple backpacked around the world for 8 months, visiting 27 countries and making memories to last a lifetime. Now that she has settled in back home, Whitney currently resides in Milton, GA with her husband and black lab-mix, Coal. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, cooking and of course traveling.

About Kristin Wickey


Kristin Wickey joined KMN CPA in July of 2019 as an Accountant contributing over 10 years of experience in the Accounting field. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and her Masters in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She is currently working towards obtaining her CPA license.

Prior to joining KMN CPA, Kristin worked for mid-size CPA firms in Florida and Georgia preparing financial statements and tax returns as well as participating in audits focused on clients in the educational and charitable industries. Kristin then took an opportunity with a top 25 defense contractor where she spent six years in multiple roles of increasing responsibility in commercial accounting, eventually becoming the senior finance lead for multiple internal IT projects.

Kristin grew up in Central Florida, bestowing a love for all things Disney. She currently resides in Cumming with her husband, six children, and three cats. She enjoys spending time with her family watching movies, going to baseball games, cooking, and, of course, visiting The Mouse as often as possible.

About Cathy Crain


Cathy Crain joined KMN CPA LLC in September of 2014 as a bookkeeper. She brings with her over 30 years of experience working in the accounting field. Her career began as a bookkeeper for Domino’s Distribution Center in 1985 and continued for 11 years as assistant to the Controller. Since then she has worked for SpaceMakers of America and Metamorphosis LLC. This has enabled her to work with different types of businesses, continually learning different aspects of accounting. Her dedication and knowledge make her a valuable addition to KMN CPA LLC.

Cathy was born and grew up in Queens, New York. She has called Georgia her home for over 30 years and now lives in Kennesaw with her husband and two dogs. She has two grown children and three grandchildren. During her spare time Cathy enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exercising.

About Alicia Argento


Alicia joined KMN CPA in June 2019. Before that, she had several years of experience working with small and large businesses. Alicia is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. Her accounting experience in a variety of other positions that range from accounting coordinator, bookkeeping as well as working as the head of HR.

Alicia is enthusiastic and organized about aiding small and large businesses in their financial needs. Her job and its requirements can change from day to day and even within a day. Her flexibility makes it so that whatever the task she can either help tackle it or help secure the additional resources necessary to do so.

Alicia is a native to Georgia, where she is raising her teenage daughter. She is devoted to her Faith and loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys many things from river rafting, rock climbing to the simplest moments of sewing a simple button on a shirt to making a dress.

About Annette Duckett

Office Administrator

Annette Duckett joined KMN CPA LLC in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in small business office management, payroll processing, and bookkeeping. Annette has worked in Accounting Firms, as well as, in a variety of other industries including; Medical Gas Specialists, where she assisted the Accounting Department and worked in Administrative Operations, there she managed the processing, editing and proofreading of annual and quarterly certifications. She worked as the Office Manager/HR Manager for a small Electronics Assembly Company, and she also worked for a small Transportation Company, as their Administrative Operations/HR Manager and Bookkeeper.

Annette attended Chattahoochee Technical College, there she studied Business Administration and she is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. She lives in Cherokee County with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafts and writing short stories and learning new things.
